Exchange & Return Policy
- Exchange is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
- Used or worn jewellery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom-made jewellery is non-returnable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after quality inspection.
- Exchange or return shipping charges may apply.
