  • Exchange is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).
  • Used or worn jewellery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom-made jewellery is non-returnable.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after quality inspection.
